Nichos and ZinTins

Nichos and ZinTins...sounds like a bizarre snack but maybe my work will give you a visual treat.

My "nichos" are the inspiration of those made by the Spanish colonial in thick adobe walls. I've been making them since the late 1980s, using weathered wood, juniper branches and pieces of tin.

My ZinTins came from my love of working with tin and now my quirky bunch of characters keeps evolving through the years. I love detail and sometimes I wonder if people miss seeing it. I hope not.

Scroll down to see new nichos in my shop, awaiting their future homes, and to see a couple of my ZinTins.
